CHICKEN TERIYAKI Boiled rice is the ideal accompaniment to this Japanese-style dish.
INGREDIENTS 1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a howl. 2. Place the chicken in a howl, pour on the marinade and let marinate for 15 minutes. 3. Heat a wok or large frying pan, add the chicken and marinade and stir-fry for 4—5 minutes. Serve the chicken garnished with orange segments and the greens.
